Once Upon Our Time is AABP’s fourth annual concert, bringing ancestral folktales to life through four vibrant ballets—beloved favorites and world premieres featuring live music.
June 27 at 7:30pm and June 28 at 2pm

Discover Once Upon Our Time:
Suho and the White Horse (2023 AABP Premiere) the Morin Khuur’s origin story set amongst the native animals and people of Mongolia.
Gabi sa Gubat/Night Jungle (2025 AABP Premiere) return to the forests of the Philippines for even more fantastical creatures said to roam at night.
Lon Po Po (2024 AABP Premiere), our Chinese Little Red Riding Hood ballet, updated for 2026 with new choreography, costumes, sets, and live quartet music by composer Julian Gau.
Tấm Cám, our world premiere of the Vietnamese Cinderella story where good triumphs over evil, set to original, live piano music by Christopher Vu.
AABP will donate 10% of all proceeds to Artists Standing With Immigrant Families, a collective of artists and performing groups that have come together to support immigrant families who have been ripped apart by ICE's indiscriminate deportations.

Friendly Fridays
are back!
Our open class series is back for 4 weeks! Advanced students and professionals are welcome to join us at N&D Ballet Center in Wellesley for open company class from 9:30-11am. The classes will take place on Fridays: 5-29, 6-5, 6-12, and 6-19 and will be taught by AABP Founder and Artistic Director, Beth Mochizuki. Join the class for $15, no pre-registration required, and no cost for AAPI dancers!
